For long distance moves, our rates are based on the volume of load, whereas for short distances, our rates are offered on an per hour basis. At Ship USA, we only provide estimates after physically inspecting your premises and the goods that we have to ship. Additional services which are chargeable include:
• Any manual labor involved in the relocation. For instance, if your home is situated on a narrow lane, where trucks can not enter; no elevator facility and goods have to be moved manually; labor for packing and unpacking.
• Consignment packaging, if you take our help.

• Any special container service that you may require for moving piano, mobile homes, automobiles, etc.

We have specially trained truck drivers whose driving skills are regularly upgraded. We have online tracking system in place – this enables you to track your consignment anytime during the course of the journey. We also have online claim settlement policy – where you can register your claim for damages online to the relevant claim handling department.
